rar files

I recently downloaded the enhanced warcraft 3 world editor. the file I downloaded was in rar format, which I have never even heard of before, I would appriciate it if someone could inform me as to what to do with this file. thanks.

Please look around at google.com or the like before just coming in here and posting away. It pushes down good and proper threads.

Rar files isn't in the realm of war3 editing or tools that relate to it. This thread belongs more in the general, or newbs section.
