Your mind is an open book to me...

Well at least it would be if I could model a darn book! Ok I'm trying to model a high-res book which has some of the pages move etc but I'm having lots of trouble modelling the book in the first place. I don't suppose anyone knows of any sites with tutorials for how to model an open book or does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not sure about this, but I heard you can do the effect with splines or something.
