The stats on flamestrike are kinda confusing me. Theres full damage dealt, full damage interval... half damage delt, half damage interval then duration on normal and hero. What I'm trying to do is edit it so that I have a spell that lasts 10 seconds and does 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 per second, going up each level. I can't seem to get it to work quite right though, any help? |

Well.. When you think about how the Flamestrike spell works... Then you shall understand what the rest of the stats mean.. Okay... So here is how flamestrike works.. It converges an area in flame.. Dealing full damage around a certain radius... After those seconds, it just leaves the ground in flame which then deals the half damage. Full Damage Dealt :: Damage dealt per interval set in the next variable. Full Damage Interval :: This is basically your cooldown rate for your main pillar, it's set typically at .33.. So it deals Full Damage to units every .33 seconds. Half Damage Dealt :: Damage dealt from the fire rubbles. Half Damage Interval :: The interval at which the half damage is dealt.. Much like the full damage interval. Set it lower to deal more dmg set higher to deal less.. Hope that helps you out. |
