Hey. I'm making a map and I'm nearly done, all I got left are several, simple things. One of them I can't figure out how to do, though. I've made 10 configured creep groups, and I don't know how to insert them into the playing area. Please help me, this is perhaps the only thing left for me to do before I'll be able to lunch the beta version of the game. Thanks in advance, Cat. |

I didn´t totally understand your question, but as far as I know you have to place the creeps before u make groups. |

I made random groups through the "Advanced---> Random groups..." option, but I can't place them into the playing area. (I can't make them appear on the game so when the game starts it'l pick a unit from the group in random, blah blah, you know) So thats what I need to know- how to place those groups that I have made. I double clicked the creep since you said you have to place them first and its working. Thanks alot man. Edit: seems like I have another problem, lol. I need to know how to make heroes so they will be able to gain exp from creeps even if they are already level 5. |

Advance -> Gameplay Constants -> Hero XP Gain - Creep Reduction or so sorry don´t have WE open. |

Thanks. I did like you said and it gave me a menu showing numbers such as 60, 50, 40 and then 0. I figure 0 means the hero gets 0% exp from creeps.. what sould I do with it, though?delete the 0? replace it with something else? add something after it? Another thing; For some reason, the random creeps only generates "forest" related creeps (stuff that appear on Lorderon summner, Lorderon fall, Lorderon winter, ashenvale, etc., and no demons, drenai etc.) I'm using the default random creep generator now, and you can choose the level of the creeps that will be respawned. However, when I make level 2 for an instance, it will never give me the level 2 Drenai, or, when I choose level 9, it will always give me a Granite golem, since thats the only level 9 creature availible on forest maps. I need it to spawn any nautral hostile creature of that level. Please help. |

Never tried this but, Object Editor -> Units -> Neutral Hostile Pick the Creeps u want and change Editor-Tilesets to all, or the tileset u use in your map. ah for your last question, just double click this line and change the 0 to whatever you want. |

Didn't really get your last answer... I went to the Object Editor, picked an Infernal (just an example- since I can't choose multiple creeps at ones) and clicked edit- but theres no tiltest option in there. |

or u could preplace the unit as a "?" unit from neutral hostile. once that unit is placed, double click on it and go to "random unit" tab. then select the random group u want that unit to be picked from |

Strange, I see this field in my WE... |

But theres no "Editor" tab, only edit, and its not there either.. |

Ok,you pick a Infernal on the left, in the folder Neutral Hostil. Then scroll down the right window till u find the "Editor-..." values there has to be one that´s called Editor-Tilesets. |

Thanks guys, I've made it. I have one more question though, I hope its gonna be the last, sorry for asking so much. My question is how do I make players computers? I made em comps by using scenrio--> player prop, but when I try to create a game with my map, the comp slots are just "Open", meaning you have to make them comps manualy or players will join in and catch them. |

Scenario-> Force properties check "Fixed Player Settings" |

Thanks. I've just played my map and everything went perfectly fine other then the fact that it was very laggy. My map's medium as far as I know, and although it has tons of creeps on it, each player's viewing range is pretty small and he bearly see 5 creeps at any given time. Is there any way to make it less laggy? Guys you've helped so much you don't even know. I highly appreaciate your answers. I have some more questions such as the one above and the one below this parnagraph, but I'll understand if you won't reply. How do I make a Leaderboard made of 4 players (out of 12) and based opon the number of creatures in 4 different locations? |

I don´t know anything bout Leaderboards so I won´t even try to answer this. For the lag, did you run the map with TestMap or with the WE still open in the Background? Don´t know what else could cause such a lag if the view isn´t big. |
