Blink Level 5?

I have a custom map where my blink skill goes to level 5. It works fine all the way up until lvl 5 too. When I put the 5th point in instead of teleporting my hero just walks to the spot, then blinks in place. Any idea why this is happening? Level 1-4 work fine.

hmm... have u tried editing the cast range? If its 0 then they will walk then cast

like people been saying all the time... anythings past level 3 spells cannon have anything of the same data of the normal spells.. so if it takes 100 mana normal.. u have to change everysingle data that a spell has past level 3.. or it dont work.. though u dont need to change data with 0 in it... doesnt do anything.. but anything with numbers and is past level 3 you will have to edit them.

as i recall, isent the maximum ability level 4?

Thanks, I knew this but after being reminded I realized I left the maximum range of blink at 99999 (which I didn't think to change).. so it's working now.

On to my next problem! I have the hotkey as B.. but it's not working? :| Hot keys for other spells are working fine...

You hotkey isn't being used for any other ability or function, is it?
