I originally posted a question to the map development forum, but on further thought I think this really belongs here. I've done my fair share of map editing, handling triggers, creating custom spells/abilities, etc. The one area I'm lacking severely is modeling, so I'm hoping someone in this forum will be willing to give me some suggestions or maybe lend a hand. I want some 2D models for WCIII, or if that's not possible, then some VERY flat 3D models... squares or rectangles actually. Yeah, sounds nuts. I want to have one I can display in the unit portrait window, and another I can display as a unit or doodad. Textures are no problem, I've got a library of things I want to use, all I need is the shape and I think I can get the rest done on my own. If you're interested by all means contact me, and I can even expand on my idea a bit more. -Nicodemus |

Sure. I just want a model to put textures on so I can fix the camera angle and then trick the player's eye into thinking they're seeing something else.... like looking at a table top that has a map laid out on it, or a post that's got a wanted poster on it... -Nicodemus |
