ahhhh shit problem skinning

ok since iv been grounded for like 2 weeks i kinda forgot how to to the skinning process will someone tell me if am doing this right... (after i skinned it)

ok i got my skinned ghoul and i go to wc3 immage extrator and extract it back to a .BLP and i have a file for it and its warcraftIII/unit/undead/ghoul/Ghoul.blp and i use Techmpq to extract it into my map...

FILE ADD:warcraftIII/unit/undead/ghoul/Ghoul.blp
MPQ FILE:my map
FILE DESTINATION: units/undead/ghoul/ghoul.blp
