Well, I can do all this stuff, using WC3 Viewer, i can change the .blp's into .tga's and start editing with Photoshop, then i can use wc3viewer to change the .tga into a .blp.. but what i DONT get is how do i take that new .blp i have and actually implement that onto a model or whatever and see what he'll look like in a game, could anyone explain this process.. the tutorials arent that clear on it and the one Iron_Ian wrote doesn't seem to work or does it?? help :/

If you want to view the skin in the editor all you have to do is make a folder in the main WC3 folder that corresponds to the path that is given when you extract the blp at first. Example : For a Jaina skin you would make a Units folder in the root WC3 folder, then in the Units folder you would make a Human folder, then a Jaina folder and in that last folder you would place the skin.

If you want to import it into the map you need to do something different. I like using TechMPQ for this. You make the map and then open TechMPQ. Click on the Add/Replace File button. For the file to add select your skin that you have created. For the MPQ archive select the map that you have made, and for the packed filename put the path of where the skin would go (i.e. Units\Human\Jaina\Jaina.blp).

Hope that helps:ggani:
