is its possible to add buffs to a unit ...

for example

Unit - Add Buff (STUN) to Triggering Unit.


is it possible to do this ? or is there any easier way 2 do this in a upgrade or ability...

You can add a buff model to a unit using add special-effect on unit action and then make a trigger where you stop the unit and make it freeze
