Missing skins in MPQ?

Forgive me if this question sounds stupid, but I can't seem to find about half of the skins for units in War3.mpq or War3x.mpq. In particular, the ones I'm looking for are the Demon Hunter and the Blood Mage. Using both WinMPQ or DJBnJack's War III Image Extractor. Any ideas, or I am just missing something?

demonhunter is in war3.mpq under
textures\herodemonhunter.blp
bloodmage is in war3x.mpq under
textures\hero_bloodelf.blp

And that kranky Human Knight which command Kael around before he joins the Naga and illidan? Where is his skin?

(I forgot his name rofl)

Hit the keys Ctrl and F at the same time while the program is open.
