Well I've been working on a my classic map version a while converting it to FT and improving it, but I've had a running server split bug at startup I can't weed out. I want to narrow down where it's located, but to do so I'd have to debug it online, and am rather in a quandary...who would I test it with? If I just set up a normal game with large portions of the map disabled that would give it a rather bad reputation, and if I just say "well we're gonna start the game but quit 10 seconds in cause no triggers are enabled" I don't think that would go over very well and everyone would quit...basically I need beta testers but don't know how to get them :bgrun: What would you guys recommend? |

Great! :ggani: If you're interested, I just need a few people willing to run through it while I try removing various things each time in a copy of the map, to narrow down where the disconnect bug is located (occurs at/before the 5-sec ingame regular loading lag). I'm searching elsewhere too for people to help out, post here or E-mail at [email protected]. For reference I'm in eastern standard time. |

So could anyone help out? This is putting a complete stop on my project, as noone can really play if a random % drop out every game... :( Or if someone might want to take a quick glance through the initialization triggers, to see if there's any new TFT issues they know about that might be causing the problem. |
