Need suggestions for items. Passive/Non passive, non perm/perm - doesn't matter. Even if the items seem impossible to do, post them here, they will be done if they are worthwhile.

-an item that when used gives you permanent invisibility for like 30 secs, even when you attack and hides you from units that detect invisible units

-an item that makes you change your primary stat

- an item that makes you redistribute all your stat points (agility,intelligence, strength)

- an item that takes control of an enemy unit for one minute or so.

-an item that looks ubercool, has the description "Allows you to click and instantly kill one (1) unit" but explodes your own unit when used

- an item that has a 50% chance to make you grow one level and 50% chance to make you decrease one level

-an item that puases all your enemy's units for 5 secs

-an item that makes you select another unit and switch places with it.

I know all these are possible, because I got them as unit abilites in one of my maps.

- (charged) Slowly removes target summoned unit from the game over 15 seconds. (unit can still attack and cast spells until the 15 seconds are up)

- (charged) Target unit gets reduced attack rate, damage, and movement speed for 45 seconds.

- (charged) All friendly units around caster become bloodlusted for 60 seconds.

- (charged) Kill target ground unit (firendly or not), target unit is replaced with a ghost that has Ethreal (and no other abilities) (The ghost is visible but can't be hurt [proves to be a great scout])

- (permanent) Freezes target unit or structure (pausing all construnction, attacks, etc...) Lasts for 20 seconds.

- (charged) All phscical and magical attacks are reduced to 1 damage. Lasts for 35 seconds.

- (charged) Binds target unit to the ground. Target unit can't attack nor cast spells. The target also becomes immune to all physical and magical damage. Lasts for 30 seconds.

EDIT: I'm not sure if this one is possible because I am currently working on it:

- (charged) All units at target location in the Area of Effect, are granted perment invisibility for 45 seconds, doesn't effect caster. (units can only be seen only when attacking).

These are basic and easy to make ideas for item type effects.

- Armors - Reduce damage dealt to you (Base of Mountain Giant's skill.).

- Shields, Staves - Gives a chance to block attack (Evasion.).

- Weapons - Critical strike chance(Example - Scythe has 4% chance to do x4 damage, Club has 8% to do x1.5.).

I have a huge list of special items somewhere, I will tell you when I find it.

I'm a big fan of items that combine the abilities of more common (and yet very useful) items.

Like a combined Amulet of Spell Shield + Sobi Mask, for example.
Or a Gloves of Haste + Ring of Protection type item.


I also love items that cast spells you couldn't otherwise cast. Charged for lower level renditions, and unlimited charges for high level items.

Like an item that drops Serpent Wards. Or one that casts Cripple.
Or unlimited charges of Healing Salve.

Stuff like that.

An Implant which increases the users mana regeneration.

Shield Pack

A small pack used to create a shield of pure energy around the user.

Matter Transporter
Uses: 10
Automatically transports the user and his allies to the nearest Transportation Module.

Auto Ultra Medpac
Uses: 2
The most powerful of medpacs, this one tells when a person's body stops to function, and automatically restores the user.
