Getting skins into the map

i have seen all of the tutorials about and been searching on this page but i don't know if i am doing it wrong or not i am doing what it says could some one tell me what do do? i am using TechMpq.

Use WinMPQ or TFT importer, TechMPQ isn't the tool for the job. Too complicated and buggy procees, both I said are all the way easier (though I preffer WinMPQ).

Best thing IMO is just use the TFT importer. Inside WE open your object editor, then find the button for the Importer. Once your in the importer, scroll down the menu and select import file. Select your .blp and import it in. Now you'll see your file listed in the import window. Right click it and choose modify file properties. In the pop up box type in the exact filepath you got the file from.

Save the map, close the editor, re-open the editor and your skin should show.

If you need more help than that, re-read the tutorials and mess
around till you figure it out, once you do it once, it's like riding a bike.
