Alpha channel not saving with TGA!

What causes this
the flag and shoulder pad ARE COMPLETELY the team color.
i have ps 7.0 demo

does this require the update? I cant updated a tryout.
i already have the plug-in

Its Orgrim Doomhammer, i need to edit his mdx but i cant export with GMAX, that sux.
his skin looks like shit, when i edit his model he will look somewhat like his cool *** icon, and ill put a hammer instead of axe.

The alpha is perfect. The skin is showing.

2 possibilities:

- You did alpha out COMPLETELY those areas.
- (most likely) You did screw up the model, making the team color material layer blend over the skin.

I want it to show the Blackrock flag and a shoulder pad somewhat like groms.

Is PS7 tryout supposed to save alpha channels.

It did save the alpha channels. If it didn't, he'd be invisible expept for team color. You did something to the alpha channels.

To restore the alpha channel back to it's default, use my tutorial:

i changed the warsong to a blackrock
when i save it and open it again it was as if it never had alpha channels.
