image extracter error

i made a skin but when i try to open it to save it as a .blp in image extracter it says something like "The file has unsupported compression"

I've had this error before too.

If you are using Paint Shop Pro, then you most likely clicked "Save as" when saving your edited TGA or made one from scratch. Paint Shop Pro uses a different type of compression than the Image Extractor, so to fix this problem you need to re-extract the skin you based it off of and paste your new skin over it and save as the same file that the image extractor made.
