So far I have loved the spell creating system in TFT. But a few problems I have run into that its very cookie-cutter. Meaning if I take a effect like berserk, which is a unit ability. It won't allow me to add levels or anything to make it a hero ability, thus it stays a unit ability. Another problem I have run into is that if I want to add more effects to a spell, such as data. Like if a spell data has Data - attack speed increase. I can't seem to add anything more to that, like if I want to have a data dmg increase as well. For instance, would anyone be able to tell me how I would create a berserk like ability, but ontop of the attack speed increase it adds a dmg increase? Thank You, and hopefully this is possible. |

Unit abilities can be turned into hero abilities, one of the fields... Stats - Hero Ability Just change that to true. |

he is saying even after u do change it to TRUE you only get 1 level for the ability no matter how many levels you have on the skill. So the hero skill with only one level is pretty much the same as a unit ability. |

Oh and also change Stats - Levels to however many levels you want the ability to have. |

That doesn't effect the ability, if you set it as a hero ability (Hero ability TRUE) it still doesn't change it. There is no option for the levels. |

Are you blind? I just turned berserk into a hero ability. Stats - Hero ability = true Stats - Levels = 3 |

Ahhh.. I see, hmm for some reason didn't work the first time. But anyway, is there a way to add new data to a ability? This would really help me create some cool new abilities. Please Help. |

It's kind of strange the way it works, but if you change a Unit spell into a Hero spell you have to select another ability and then come back to the one you wanted to work on... Otherwise the extra fields don't show up. Same deal with turning spells into Items or vice versa, fields come and go but you have to switch between two abilities to get the right fields to show up. |

No you can't add data to spells, you can only edit the fields that the base spell already has. In order to add differet types of abilities, you need to use triggers, which can get quite complicated. |
