Should I name my pokemon map Pokemon? Or something different? This wont change the gameplay, just the title, and unit names.. |

I always like naming it after something different than whats its based off of, maybe one of the more powerful pokemons like 'Pikachu Arena' |

Sorry, maybe I shud be more specific 1-Its not an arena 2- I mean shud It be a POKEMON MAP or something like Beast wars or sumt other name, cuz of ppl who dont like pokemon |

Nothing that already exists. Warcraft isn't made for Pokemon anyways. Maybe something like "The World of *insert*" |

Most of warcraft players are 12 year old homophobes who think pokemon is gay. Make the map as pokemon, don't give two shits about whatever people say. Most of the pokemon world maps I see get filled so fast. |

Actually... I'm WAY beyond 12, and my first thought at a pokemon map was... you guessed it-- GAY. Yeah, I really did think the word 'gay' before I read the other responses on the way to adding mine. Time to go have a beer, -Nicodemus PS I'm 26, and if a pokemon-style of game isn't gay then just give it a different name and fool me into playing it that way. I'll just blame you afterwards if I turn gay because of it, that's all! |

what do you mean give it a chance you need to stop generalizing and realize there are some people who wont play it cuz their homophobes and some people who just aren't fond of pokemon altogether, why should they give it a chance if they don't like pokemon, I ask again why would they want to give a game based off of pokemon a chance if they already don't like pokemon? my reply earlier was to sarcastically clash with all the generalizing |

well....ppl like to make this theory (note: "many") pokemon = gay anything related to it = gay naming it pokemon...ppl will apply the "anything related to it" theory... so...u might really want to name it something else and btw, currently, many MAPs that have to do with pokemon is quite lame.... so...u dont want to get into that category (err...i meant, the naming one);) |
