Does the game read comments and store into memory?

I know comments are ignored in game, but are they put into memory during the loading sequence at all? Or are they ignored completely when loading? I mean, will it put " // Info " into memory during loading?

not as far I know.... what do u think of ??? if it make the game more laggy or ??
