Where's the skin?

I've got a model that I'd like to redo the skin for, but I don't know what the path is. Is there any way I can find out and get the one that's currently on the model for reference?

Thanks

Try Winmpq, Viewer, or Image Extractor II

Just open the model with Warcraft III Viewer and right click its name on the treeview window and convert (or just show) the pathnames.

Aaah, thank you. Now, is there any way to change the path?

You must edit the mdl.

The model file I'm using is an .mdx. How would I go about editing it?

You must use Youbguls fileconverter MDX -> MDL or hex edit it.
