Importing is simple, but let me start from step 1 from Oxalic guide 2 importing for Nubs

1) extract the .blp
2) convert the blp to a 32 bit .tga file
3) edit the .tga in Photoshop or Paint Shop pro
4) Save .tga in your program as a .tga
5) convert the .tga to a 32 bit .blp (i use warcraft 3 view to do this)
6) load up world editor, scroll over to modul open Importmanager
7) click the first tab go to import file
8) import the .blp, double click, check custom path file
9) specify the proper pathfile example Units\orc\grunt\grunt.blp
10) test your map ingame shold show up ingame

Note: Dont say my tutorial doesnt work or im doing unessary steps there are many ways of doing this, thats how i do it.

Yay! I figured it out too! I was having problems importing cuz it had to be 32 bit and I could only save as 24 bit, but apparently the .tga format works.
