So... what are some good war3 campaigns out there?

Ones that you would recremend (that are not your own).

There isnt a whole lot out now, but go to warcraftiii.net. Theyve got some decent campaigns like the stragglers, tale of the warsong, dark times, and the mathias chronichles.

Deicide's Saga of Azeroth is pretty good. The script is a little weak (Due to Deicide having English as his second language), but the gameplay's great. It's in the mod section at the SA:
