Maybe I´m just blind, but I can´t find an action that let´s you create/destroy a region at an "Event-Triggering" units location.
What I wanna do is:
E- Unit dies
C- Somevariable equal to 1
A- Create Region (x,y) at position of dying unit.
Anyone?

Thx

Create the region in the editor, than use the "Move Region" action to the position of the unit. Works just the same. :D

Likewise, you could create a region variable (or array) and upon the unit's death do a Set Variable action for the region.

hey,
what I'm thinking of is to get the point of that unit and use this trigger:

[Convertion - Convert point with size to region.]

this will create a region the size you want. the only problem is it isn't permanent, if you want it permanent just make a region variable and then set it with the same trigger.

it should work fine, and btw where in switzerland do you live?

cheers, desty

I'm glad it works,
And for my name umm, I haven't played quake 3 much so I don't think you've seen it there... does "Gunnm" ring a bell?
