Camera and User Control help

hey everyone,
I'm having problems with the camera and stuff, here it is:

I'm making a special setup for my map where the camera is dynamic, but I got a problem, if the user presses zoom in or zoom out, it will cancel the camera angle and setup... what can I do?

well...u can use periodic event that reset ur camera

yea, thats the only thing I thought of, but wouldn't it cause lag?
