So... first post and Im already asking for help. Good sign huh?

Anyway, Ive edited the skin for the peasant and imported it back into my map with the TFT editor BUT, when i restart the editor my new skin does not show. The peasant is invisible but for his shoulders and upper torso which appear red, I assume because they are the housecolor meshes of the model and are unaffected by the skin.

So where have I gone wrong? The texture is in .blp form and in the correct path ( textures/peasant.blp FYI ), but it doesnt show at all. Ive used 24 bit tga with no compression when saving out of photoshop, and the skin is only supposed to cover over the blank section meant for team colours. I havent touched the alpha channels at all ( because I dont know how to :bgrun: ) and I have no idea where i went wrong! Any ideas at all?

In photoshop you must save as 32bit.

Are you using...

Photoshop 7.0? You need the targa plugin, or version 7.01.
