I want to create a passive ability like permanent invisibilty but instead it is turned off when the player attacks or casts a spell (so it acts like the ability "invisibility") Is this possible? Please explain. I would also like to have it show up in the quickbar, but that probably isn't possible. Thanks, Dark_Army |

1) Try giving the unit the Permanent Invisibility ability. 2) Test the map, making the unit attack something or cast a spell. 3) Ask yourself why you asked this question ;) As for appearing in the toolbar, you'll have to make a dummy ability that just has an icon and a tooltip, with no actual effect (I recommend editing something such as Flying Machine Bombs, which has no effect) |

Yes, it is possible, but I'm not quite sure how you wish for this to be set up as far as increasing the ability's level goes, but that's entirely up to you. Anyway, use another ability as a base (I'd recommend bash) and set everything on it to 0% and whatnot so the skill basically does nothing, then, make three different versions of the invisibility ability which you will need to use for each level (modying whatever you wish or increasing whatever needs to be increased per level.) You will now need to start adding the trigger part into this spell, and basically have it so that whenever the unit learns bash, it is to be given the invisibility ability. Once bash's level is upgraded, have it so that the old invisibility ability is taken away, and the next version given to the unit. The trigger-work should be easy, so I don't think you want me to spell it out for you. But yes, this spell is entirely possible, and I think it was a Dreanei Seer's ultimate in some old TFT AoS map. - Lazurus |

Ehm, you could the spell enhance with triggers and set the vertex coloring, transparency to 100% but I dont think that's what you need ![]() |
