Ok, Let'ssay I want to make a cinematic or non-cinematic battle. I don't want to use a normal wc3 battle where they just slice back and forth. I want the characters to have a real battle of swords where one aims high and the other must block his move. I know how I would origannlly do this by, assinging up down left and right as keys, and then at the beginning of each turn a player inserts a code, and the other play if the same code as the other player successfully blocks an attack, then one goes on as the defender and the other switches to attacker. I know generally how to do this, although I am kind of stumped at how can I make a character attack different postions and if needed show him blocking the other players sword. So basically I dont want just hack and slash, i need slices, thrusts, stuff like that. I understand the pause, input system and stuff like that, its just the attack patterns they use. Is it possible or not? And explain if it is THX |

No, Repository does NOT mean Trigger Questions. Read the forum description, or maybe go to this link: Repository EDIT: To answer your question, I guess you'd have to make some more animations for all your units, then when the player selects an attack or blocks an attack, play that animation for that unit. |

I dunno, I'm what you would call a Code Poet/Monkey. Maybe a modelling program like 3D Studio Max or something |
