Besides PhotoShop, what else can save image as 32-bit bmp/tga ?

Most other programs only offer up to 24-bit.....

Any ideas ?

Image Extractor II can. Not bmps but tgas. but it can only open tgas and blps.

aye. If your using photoshop the easiest thing is to use Image Extractor II and save as .tga, open in photoshop, edit, save, then reopen with image extractor and save as .blp

24 bit is often enough. Image Extractor can open both 24 bit and 32 bit TGAs. Warcraft III Viewer as well.

Not Warcraft III Viewer. It doesn't allow us to convert to 24-bit bmp/tga to .blps.(Coz after editing any 32-bit files with most programs, it can only save up to 24-bit)

However I can't find any programs except PS that can save 32-bit bmp/tga.

32 bit just means there is an alpha 24 bits is what is refered to as true colour and the extra 16 are to monenter each pixles transparatness

any programe that supports alpha (like psp) actually supports 32 bit

i dont think ill be able to afford it if what ive heard is true (that its like 600 bux)
