Charge Trigger

I'm needing a trigger like charge from Arena Nexus and Light against Darkness, I just need the trigger, or a way to make it. If you know how to make this or have the trigger, please reply.

Use the devore ablity and place power ups with a + sigh but aculy a unit then make a trigger lik unit-triggering unit then place the name of the unit then do abilty full manna base the mann on batt or wat evere u got to charge up and there ya go tell me to write the acual trigger if u need me to

or u can i charge regions that go like unit-triggering unit enters regoin then place the name of the region that charges it up and do unit full manna base the manna on the battery of wat everey and make the shots a abitly then make a unit that with every level has a abitly to shoot what ever and make that abilty avalbl to the aditor or make i new unit for every level or well u git the idea

o ya the trigger to the other one the 2nd one is
Unit-triggering unit enters region(regoin "PLACE THE REGION HERE") rest units manna=full

Translation? Try spelling better and making more sense. I can hardly tell what any of those words are. Edit: And yeah, a example would be nice.
