Hello all, Name's Brandon and I'm looking for some dedicated people to help work on my RPG project with me. Lemme just briefly explain my RPG I have envisioned... This will be a pretty massive RPG, with very detailed terrain. Battles will be very micro-intensive, in the sense that people will not find themselves just sitting there clicking stuff, 'hack-n-shasin'. I want to focus on character development with a very extensive inventory and spell systems. The essential element to this RPG, however is the saving heros and transfering them to a more challenging map. For instance, you must complete a long quest in part I to gain access to part II and so on. However, I cannot do most of this stuff on my own. I'm looking for some very experienced and dedicated triggerers. I've had several people who've contacted me, but alas I have lost contact with them. Therefore, I must call out for some help once again. So, if you're even slightly interested please visit: http://pub48.ezboard.com/fwarcraftii...oject62190frm2 also my website http://home.centurytel.net/WC3_RPG/ That's my message board where I've posted all my ideas. I don't really need a terrainer, unless you're really good. And I don't really need a skinner unless you're really good and enjoy skinning. If you're interested and very serious about this project please post something with: Your Name: Skills: Why you want to be apart of this RPG: Contact (AIM/email/yahoo/msn): Or, if you want to contact me, [email protected] or AIM: drkumi Thanks for viewing my post :) Hope to hear from some of you soon. |

Your custom spell system would be really sweet, but the need to have a code system for saving and restoring heros would seem to prohibit this from working properly. If, for example, you have 60 custom spells and 16 spell slots, your code would have to have 2x16 digits JUST for saving and resotring the spells. Restricting them by levels (pages) further complicates the matter. You may be able to solve this problem by writing a code system that uses letters and digits, but im not sure how it would work. |
