I know i've seen this question asked before, but I don't remember it and I recently reinstalled PSP. DOH!

I'm using PSP 8 and when I try to open an edited file in the wc3 image extractor, it says compression not recognized (something like that). What's the fix for this? Thanks.

Did you specifically ask it to save as .targa ? should work if its save as .tga and it also must be 32 bits not 24

Yea, I saved it as a .tga.
The only bit options I see though are 8, 16 and 24 emote_confused

Thanks though.

So let me get this straight. In order to get modified graphics back into the game, they have to be 32-bit, right? And you have to have photoshop to do this, right? Is this the only way to get my graphics into the game? I don't want to have to go get photoshop just so I can save as 32-bit.

Photoshop isnt the only editor supporting 32-bit. There are others with is just probably the best, most popular, and expensive. You might be able to get a trial or something. Or be evil and get it off Kazaa :P

Paint Shop Pro 7 works just fine, just PSP 8 doesn't. Which really sucks because I've just gotten used to psp 8 and now I have to get re-used to PSP7
