Help with item spell PLZ

I'm doing an item spell, and my item is called the Horn of Binding Storms. What it is supposed to do is, when cast upon a unit, stun them, and over a period of ten seconds, kill them. I have the trig worked out and the art, but I used the staff of santuary ability as a base. Sum1 plz tell me how to remove the part of the spell that wants to teleport the unit. plzplzplzplzplz..............

Umm...don't use Staff of Santuary?
