Building a playable, to be balanced Naga AI

Ok,

This here map has an AI for the naga. 1/5 times you play the map, the comp will play as the naga (otherwise it'll be the race you chose). It doesn't matter what race you choose, as there will a dialog box 1 sec after the game starts.

This is out so that you guys can comment on

1) Balancing issues
2) New buildings
3) New units
4) Stupid AI

Planned New Heroes:

Royal Guard - Strength - Crushing Wave, Sea Elemental, Frost Bolt, ??????
?????????

New Buildings:

Blacksmith/Lumbermill
Shop (Items anyone?)
1 more unit producing building

New Units:

1 more spellcaster (???)
1 flyer (???)
1 long range siege unit (Maybe give it mana & cast freezing bolts (like the wyrm))

Balances:

Nerf Naga HP, and then probably make upgrades in the Tide Temple
Make Tide Temple upgrade twice
Create more dependecies
Make Dragon turtle upgrades like the MG upgrades, for armor & spiked shell.

AI:
FIX the dang AI better.
