shape shifter

i want to make a hero that has two shape shifting abilities (shift1, shift2), and two other abilities (spell1, spell2).

each of the other shapes have spell1 and spell2 as well, an ability that transforms them back to the original form, and two other unique spells.

i don't want the forms to be on timer.

i did it like this:
orginal hero abilities:
shift1, shift2, spell1, spell2.

form number 1 spells (transformed from 'shift1'):
unique1, unique2, spell1,spell2, shiftback.

form number 2 spells (transformed from 'shift2'):
unique3, unique4, spell1,spell2, shiftback.

the problem is that in both forms it doesn't show the unique spells or the shiftback spell.

how can I fix this?
