In order to get a nearly perfect physics equation I need to be able to calculate to falling speed of gravity in the world. So how many meters or feet if you prefer are thier to each unit in warcraft. If you say each unit is equal to 2 centimeters then the peasent(who is exactly 90 units tall) would be 180 centimeters, or 5'8.5". Anyway, what is the forums opinion of for the conversion. |

Perhaps my question is confusing? When I say unit I mean that a 64x64 map is 6,400units wide and 6,400 units tal. I want to know how many meters that those units would be equivilant to. I need this for grenade projectory, falling objects, and general measurements and calculations. Sorry for any confusion. |

5'8" sounds about right for a peasant...why not just do it and then you can change the conversion code if it doesn't look right... |

perhaps your right this is a confusing question in fact i have no clue what the hell you just posted |

wc3's measuring system is called units. a peasant is 90 units tall. if u estimated there was 2 cm per unit, then that would mean the peasant is 180cm tall. i'll just assume that doom's math is right when he says that makes 5ft 8.5in. perhaps this cleared some things up :gsmile: |

That is exactly what I was saying only it seems more understandable this way. I'm in definite need of so explaining skills. Well I geuss I'll use the 2 cm's to each unit conversion. Now that makes gravity equal to -1962 units a second and... sorry, I'll do that later. thanks for the conformation Epigoni. Actually we need to talk about your program, but I can wait a bit. |

Since it seemed i was one of the few who understood what you meant, i thought i could simplify things for those who dont :hammer: |
