I just finished skinning my first w3 unit, a peasant. He was in TGA format when I skinned him, then I converted him to BLP with Warcraft 3 Viewer.
Now I am following pencilgods tutorial, I put the edited peasant blp into the MPQ2k folder and I try to run MPQ2k but it doesn't work, nothing happans...The MPQ2k is not in my War3 directory but it comes with storm dll and some other dll, so I assume it doesn't need to be right in my W3 directory...
I am a newbie at skinning but please help me with this... |
