Stupid question...make a minimap ping?

How can I give a player a minimap ping on a location? I've checked the Actions, so I assume it's a sub-function of one them, but I don't know which one...

I think there's also one to set the color of the ping...not sure.

Is there a way to detect a ping? I.e. to get the location of one? Or to use one as an Event?
