does anyone know if its possible to use the import manager to import a text file, and then manipulate/gather data from these text-files to be used in triggers? such as substring, etc... |

You can import a new war3map.wts file and in that file define new strings. And then you can refer to them using their name, this is how the WE does most of the strings it displays to players, sticks 'em in the file then says display string XXX. If there's something else you'd need to do, I don't know 'cause I haven't tried it, but in theory it should work ;) |
