I am trying to give all heros a certain ammount of Scrolls of Town Portal when they are created. I cannot find the proper tirgger. What should I do? Am I missing a trigger? Thanks.

This really belongs in 'Map Development' but while im here . . . Make an edited version of Town Portal (object editor) and make it so it has more charges.
