Negative values for abilities...

How do I set this?

I rememebr reading that you had to switch something like "allow negative values" to true.... but I can't rememebr where I read it, I could've sworn it was here, but it wasn't...

I tried looking around the WE, but I'm not finding it.

File ---> Preferences in the WE. Check the box that says Allow Negative Values in the Object Editor, or whatever it says.
