Need Help With Inserting Custom Made Special Fx!

Okay, I downloaded a zipfile that had a custom model made special effect (weapon) that I really need to use.

I open it up, and this is what i see:


I don't know how to put this into my map, and what all these files are. Someone please help!

I think those are 2 variations, but I'm not sure. Someone please!
