scaling problem

I have a simple problem: When I change the scaling of a building the final version of the building has the expected size but the small preview of the building when you build new ones during the game has still the original size - any ideas how I can fix this?

The red/green squared building prewiew is decided by the buildings pathing, not by the scaling value. Change the pathing!8)

good try glund but thats not what he is referring to.

This is a problem that requires you actual RESCALE the model.

I have written a program in excel that I can do this by hand pretty easily. If you can handle the new model being added to your map with regards to size. Tell me what building it is and what you are scaling it to and I will resize it for you.

I am on wc3campaigns irc quite a bit, or just post what you want here.

well thx for the help guys but by now I have written a converter for .ASC files which I export from milkshape or 3dmax ...unfortunately the importer plugin worked well for me but not the exporter :( - it trashed the texture coordinates.

btw: I have another problem now: The size of the shadows is completely wrong now - and I have no Idea how to resize them since they aren't displayed if I export, convert and reimport them.
