Dark Crescent Idea needed: Attack speed increase

I need an ability that doesn't have a button and it isn't an aura that will increase attack speed by 1%. I can't think of any abilities that will allow this. Any ideas?

Gloves of Haste (set to 0.01, of course)

use an item ability from gloves of haste or something and make it a hero spell, and set it to 0.01 or whatever you'd like.

use an upgrade.....

Make it an upgrade, and research it for the player with triggers, it' should work fine ;]

uh upgrades can happen all the time, but the gloves of haste will work also...

I mean it has to be dropped/picked up, and you can't reverse upgrades.

Gloves of Haste won't work below 0.01... they can work as low as 0.01 (which is what you asked for)

No, they do work, which is what I was looking for. I have them set to 0.005.
