I know, I know, this may sound very noobish but I've always wondered... Ive always been able to get units to get about the damage I want them to do, but can someone explain to me how i would make it precise? Like what number of die is, and how would I make it so they do, say 71-81 damage. |

Formula is: Min damage: Base + Dice Max Damage: Base + Dice * Die |

For Normal Units - Footbann etc Example to give a Unit 71-81 damage. Set these Damage Base = 70 Damage Number of Dice = 1 Damage Side per Dice = 11 For Heros Units - Demon Hunter etc You need to subtract the starting value of the Hero Primary Attribute from the Damage Base. This is because by default the Primary Attribute adds one point to Damage Base per Primary Attribute point to the damage base of a hero. Examples 1 To give a Level 1 Hero with Primary Attribute of Strength and starting Strength of 24 a damage of 71-81: Set these Damage Base = 70 - 24 = 46 Damage Number of Dice = 1 Damage Side per Dice = 11 Examples 2 To give a Level 1 Hero with Primary Attribute of Agility and starting Agility of 20 a damage of 71-81: Set these Damage Base = 70 - 20 = 50 Damage Number of Dice = 1 Damage Side per Dice = 11 Examples 2 To give a Level 1 Hero with Primary Attribute of Intelligence and starting Intelligence of 36 a damage of 71-81: Set these Damage Base = 70 - 36 = 34 Damage Number of Dice = 1 Damage Side per Dice = 11 |
