How do I get the F9 button to work in-game so I can use it to give info, help, commands, upcoming feature info, etc. to the players? I looked all over the editor but I couldnt find anything. Help would be appreciated.

Norbo
As used in Norbo's War:
Quest - Create a Required quest titled Norbo's War Summary with the description Norbo's War is an e..., using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

Quest - Create a Optional quest titled Giving: with the description Giving: To give ..., using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

They are in actions, look for the "Quest -" prefix.

Minor notes..
Required quests appear on the left. Optional ones appear on the right. "Flash Quest Button" dealie causes a few-second light to go around the button, like an autocast graphic.

Is there any way to get the text for the quests to not start halfway down the screen?

The spot above your quest disc. is for quests requirements. Add thsoe to your quest and they will show up there. Blizz uses those for the short and sweet object that you must accomplish.

i.e. - Destroy the Base
- Peon must survive.

Another quick tip...

You'll need to store the quest requirements as variables (type "quest requirement") if you intend to check them off as Completed as the user completes each task.

Same goes for the quest, itself (store as type "quest").
