Protector Program ERROR

The following is a message I received as an error
while loading the map protector program:

Failed to load control 'RichTextBox' from RICHTX32.OCX.
Your versionof RICHTX32.OCX maybe outdated. Make
sure you are using the version of the control that was
provided with your application.

now I didnt get any RICHTHX32.OCX from the protector.zip
so I ask anyone out there... Is there any other
map protecting program that I get from a site.
Or how to get the right RICHTX32.OCX file.
