Shadowstrike move reduce = 100?

Stopping movement: If I wanted to edit a shadowstrike skill so that it stopped movement alltogether, how would I Do that?

I've tired changing the movmement speed reduction from 0.5 to 1.0 (50 to 100 percent I imagine) but it doesn't seem to work.

Help meeeeeee...

use sleep... and use triggers to subtract health each second

Aye I've switched to sleep now, but I can't seem to make the triggers effect the targeted unit.. stupid Targeted Unit effect variable doesn't wanna work.
