Help Me! -- Gmax

I want to start using gmax.. i have a working version of it, but what i need to know is..
Where can i get a converter to convert from.. .mdx to .gmax ??

Please help me i will be so thankfull.

And if you could please.. make it a PM, unless some1 else needs this..
