Where would i get a 3-D paint program so i can make custom models and change models, like a program to change skins and make new unit models? |

for just skining u need photoshop, image extractor II, winMPQ modeling - Milkshape or 3ds max, also mdl/mdx converter and winMPQ. imeII, winMPQ, converter programms u can get on this site, for others search at google |
