Problems with IE 2

I'm experiencing some problems using this tool

1) the Import Manager in the WE doesn't like the blp I make (can someone upload a blp so I'll try with a "correct" blp?)

2) when I open the program I see something like this:

Increase your color depth to 32-bit then it should look right.
