How do you import skins in TFT? I know i must sound like an idiot, but i can't get my custom skins to work! I used the import manager to put them in, but now what?

You DO use the import manager, second you must save blp in a certain format. The best way to make a working skin is save it as a .TGA then edit it. Then use the Image Extract II or the WC3 View to convert it back to .BLP.

Well, yeah, I imported it with the manager, but how do you actually put it on a unit?

Just change the path name to a units path name, so it overrights the older unit. For a full list of units' skins path go to the attachment. It is the Wc3 Image View II.
